Allison has in excess of 28 years of senior human resource management and administrative experience in industries such as agribusiness, water, TAFE sector, earthmoving and engineering; supporting boards, management teams and employees through rapid change and growth.
She has worked in management roles within the TAFE sector specialising in public relations, marketing and corporate communications.

Allison is a current Director of three companies/organisations: GM Richardson Pty Ltd family owned operated earthmoving business, Western Murray Irrigation and Mallee CMA.
Allison is also past Independent Chair of the Mildura Rural City Council Audit Committee, former Chair of Region 4 Murray Darling Association, former Director of Lower Murray Darling CMA, Mallee Sustainable Farming and Director of Lower Murray Water.
Allison graduated from Deakin University- Bachelor of Arts (Communication Management) and Hawkesbury Agricultural College (know as the University of Western Sydney) with an Associate Diploma in Animal Production; attained certification Teacher Training for Part-Time TAFE Teachers from Hawthorn Institute of Education and Facilitator Certification from Franklin-Covey Leadership Centre- The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People while working for Tandou Limited.
